Hennither Bianca Gant is a nationally recognized Workforce Development Thought Leader, HR Strategist, and author who is passionate about helping people live and work on purpose. With over 15 years of experience, she has developed and led workforce training programs that equip underrepresented populations—including youth, returning citizens, and single parents—in Baltimore and beyond with the tools needed to thrive in meaningful careers.

Grounded in Human Resources, with deep expertise in employment compliance, recruitment, and curriculum development, Hennither brings a results-driven, purpose-centered approach to every initiative. She has designed customized training programs, facilitated hundreds of workforce development sessions, and mentored fellow professionals to expand their reach and impact.
